We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment and practice. The simulator is not a substitute for real-world driver training or any official CDL examination.
The optional PRO unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase billed by Apple and restorable across your devices via your Apple ID. It is permanent — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
Levels you create in the version 1.1 editor remain on your device and are not submitted to us. The Community tab contains levels selected and published by the developer. We may update, quarantine, or remove that curated content at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use. Driving maneuvers practiced in-game do not guarantee real-world results.
